The 25B-E4P2N104 is an Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 525 series three-phase drive with a voltage rating of 600 Volts AC. The output current for the 25B-E4P2N104 is 4.2 Amps and the drive comes in an IP20 NEMA Open Type Enclosure with a standard interface module. The drive also comes with two modules that are usable in conjunction or separately for concurrent software setup and wiring. The 25B-E4P2N104 does not come with an EMC filtering option. The 25B-E4P2N104 delivers an innovative drive design that comes with remarkable versatility with the ability to accommodate various machines through its standalone machine and simple system integration. The 25B-E4P2N104 is built to offer general-purpose control on applications and it provides maximum flexibility and performance. The 25B-E4P2N104 also comes with a variety of motor control options, communication options, energy saving features, and several other standard safety features. With a detachable control module, the drive allows for simultaneous configuration and installation.
The 25B-E4P2N104 also comes with a standard control module that is used across an entire power range and supported by the PowerFlex 500 drive series. The drive also allows quick and easy installation through the use of the DIN rail mountain feature. It has a removable MOV for free operation when it is being used on an ungrounded distribution system. It also comes with a relay pre-charge limit inrush current. The integral brake transistor is available on all ratings and it offers a dynamic braking capability and also simple low-cost brake resistors. The drive offers a variety of motor control options that include volts per hertz control, sensorless vector control, and also closed loop velocity vector control. For communication, it supports an Embedded EtherNet/IP™ port to allow for easy integration. There is also the Dual Port EtherNet/IP option card that supports a device level ring. Integral RS485/DSI Communication enables the drives to serve in multi-drop network configurations.
